Kate Winslet is set to get her own waxwork in Madame Tussauds. The actress, who scooped an Emmy for her performance in Mildred Pierce last weekend, is to be immortalised at the iconic tourist attraction in London.

The model of Winslet, 35, will be dressed in a black and red gown and have swept back hair. Spokeswoman Liz Edwards told The Sun, “Kate is a true English Rose and we’re delighted to be creating a figure of her.” The waxwork will be available to view from November.
